why we give back
Our focus is to build community pride, spread good vibes and give back in the process.
The mission of ComeUnityPDX is giving back with every item we sell or anything we do. To support local businesses that are making a difference, 20% of our proceeds go back to our charities.
During 2023, we will be supporting OFB as our main charity. As well as a select few other charities.
Oregon Food Bank is focused on flowing resources back into the communities where they are the most needed, creating community power with those connections and resources. By supporting OFB, you are making a statement that racial, sexual, social, food, economic justice is a basic human right that all people deserve. OFB also believe that systemic and structural issues have caused our most vulnerable communities to continually be stripped of their resources. OFB works with countless partners to be a changing force to fix this issue. OFB is 97% privately funded with 93.6% of every dollar going directly to fighting hunger.
We believe OFB is a great partner for ComeUnityPDX, All products donating to OFB are noted.

Neighborhood house
We are currently supporting neighborhood house @nhpdx, our neighbor in Multnomah village. We believe in their mission “ By brining neighbors together to reduce hunger and homelessness, both young and old, we strengthen our community.
P:ear
We are working with P:ear to support their mission to help homeless youth. P:ear builds positive relationships with homeless youth through education, art, recreation and job training to affirm personal worth and create more meaningful and healthier lives.
